Chef and proprietor Conor McClelland has 30-year experience has been gathered from a variety of world locations. From London to Germany and from France to New York, it’s no surprise that Conor is acclaimed for his creative and imaginative menus. He was ranked 2nd Best Chef in Ulster at the Food and Wine Awards 2016 and has been shortlisted for the Janus Award for Best Chef 2016.
Conor personally sources and prepares each dish. This guarantees the highest quality and consistency in every meal served at Rayanne House. Conor's passion to create each delicious course is inspired by the abundance and quality of local produce and he is highly celebrated for the dynamic and subtle flavour journey he will take you on in one evening.
Our service is professional, discreet and attentive. The Rayanne House experience is about relaxation, an atmosphere of intimacy and the pleasures of superior cuisine. We do not charge for the private room hire and as we place such emphasis on freshness and flavour, pre-ordering is essential for each party.
