Born into the catering industry Conor knew from an early age he wanted to follow in his father footsteps and become a chef. His father was a successful restaurateur famed for his flavoursome dishes and ignited the passion for cooking that would lead Conor on his culinary career.
His 30 years experience has been gathered from a variety of world locations, from London to Germany and from France to New York. Conor’s enthusiasm for his trade is incessant and he has inspired and nurtured many young chefs starting out.
Conor loves to create imaginative, bespoke menus using the best of Irish fresh, local and seasonal produce.
He has travelled from London to Los Angeles to promote Northern Ireland’s wonderful food offering and produce. Blessed with the 'gift of the gab' he is as happy on a culinary stage in LA, as he is in his small kitchen in Holywood… as long as he’s cooking!
